FromRobert E. Allen Jr.
Before we talk, here’s who you are talking to.
No pitch deck and no script. Twenty minutes with your current bill, straight answers, and a number you can check yourself. If SPARK is not the right fit for you, you will hear it from me first.

§1The person
Who you will be talking to.

Robert started SPARK Services, and he still leads it. His title is CEO and Owner, which he would tell you is a fancy way of saying exactly that.
On any given day you might find him working on high-tech systems, or grabbing a broom and keeping the place tidy. With Robert around, you never quite know what he will be up to next.

§2How I work
You never deal with a stranger.
Discovery call
Your system, what you pay for it, what you have tried, and what could rule us out: network, internet, buildings, phones. Then your questions, answered straight, with a ballpark price.
Demo with a senior engineer
You see 3CX working, and a senior engineer takes the hard network and hardware questions on the same call.
Quote and decision
A written quote with the timeline and budget laid out, including what lands in opex and what lands in capex.
Implementation plan
A senior project manager walks you through every step, what we need from you, and the date each piece is due, ours and yours.
Build, test, cut over
We build it and test it, then you test it, call queues included. Your old system stays live until your numbers land on the new one. Then it is switched off.
§5Direct reach
Talk to Robert before you sign another renewal.
Twenty minutes with your bill on the screen, and a number you can check yourself afterwards.
