Why SPARKWho you are buying from
You are handing somebody your phone system. Here is who.
SPARK Services has been running business phone systems since 2014, out of Muskogee, Oklahoma. We have been a 3CX Titanium Partner since 2018. We host the system, sell and manage the license, run the trunks, port the numbers, provision the phones, do the cutover and answer the phone afterwards.

§One company, not four
There is one number to call when something is wrong.
A lot of phone setups have a hosting provider, a license reseller, a trunk provider and an IT company, and every one of them can point at the other three on a bad morning.
We do all of it. Hosting, licensing, SIP, numbers and porting, provisioning, cutover, support. When your phones are not working, there is no question about whose problem it is.

§Why cheaper is not worse here
The savings come from the pricing model, not from cutting something out.
This is the honest mechanic, and it is worth understanding before you trust it.
Per seat vendors charge you for every person who has a phone, whether or not that person ever uses it. Your bill tracks your payroll. We charge for how many conversations can happen at the same time, which is what the system actually has to carry.
That is the entire difference. Nothing has been removed to get there. You get the full feature set of the 3CX edition you licensed, real SIP capacity matched to your size, and the same install and support either way.
Where quality actually comes from. Call quality is the platform, your internet, and whether somebody configured your network correctly. It is not a function of what you paid your vendor. If your connection or your LAN is the real problem, we will tell you on the first call rather than sell you a system that is going to sound bad and become an argument later.
§What we run, and how long
Since 2014. Titanium since 2018.

3CX partner tiers are earned on volume and competence, and they are visible on 3CX’s own partner directory rather than on our say so.
What the tier means in practice is repetition. Ugly ports, multi site cutovers, 911 records, SBCs and router phones, analog that somebody still needs, and schools with more extensions than call traffic. None of that is unusual here.

§Support, specifically
Named people, 24 hour emergencies, month to month.
You get people who have seen your system, not a queue that meets you fresh every time. Emergencies are covered around the clock.
Emergencies, any hour: (918) 608-8888
And the agreement is month to month. We do not hold you with a term. If we stop being worth it, you leave, and that is the arrangement we prefer because it keeps us honest.

§Customer reference
Partner and provider.
Some orgs host 3CX systems locally, running the server software on their internal systems, we prefer a hosted model and that’s where Spark comes in. They will help you set up an on-prem solution or like us, spin up everything for you in their datacenter. So in a sense they’re both a partner and a provider. We’ve had a great relationship with them and they’ve gone above and beyond.

§Who we are not for
We will tell you when the answer is no.
Residential lines. Predictive dialers and high volume outbound rooms. Two thousand agent contact centers. Sites where the real problem is the network rather than the phone system. Companies with no US presence.
We would rather lose the first call than sell you something that will not work.
Twenty minutes, and you will know.
You will get your size, your monthly rate, your license line, and a straight answer about your cutover. If we are the wrong fit we will say so on that call.
