§1Doing business in Oklahoma

Most of Oklahoma is a long drive from a phone company. That stopped mattering.

A lot of Oklahoma businesses run a main office and a few smaller sites spread across a county, or across the state. Under the old model, every one of those sites needed its own box and its own service call.

Ours is hosted. A two person office in Guymon is on the same system as headquarters in Tulsa, configured and supported from Muskogee, with nobody needing to drive anywhere.

  • Small sites, same system

A rural office connects over the internet it already has and gets the same features as the main office: its own number, its own hours, and four digit dialling to everyone else.

  • One main building, several small ones

A lot of Oklahoma districts, clinics and companies run a main office and a few small sites across a county. Each gets its own number and hours on one system, with 911 set up for each building.

  • Headquarters, not a branch

Muskogee is not a sales office. It is where SPARK is headquartered, and it has been since 2014. You can look up the address and you can drive to it.

§2What your callers hear

Six buildings, one number, every call to the right desk.

Plenty of Oklahoma school districts run a handful of buildings across a county, with one number on the sign. Parents should reach the right building on the first try, and the front office should not be a switchboard.

We build the menu and the routing with you, and change them whenever you need to.

§4Questions

What people ask before they call.

Do you only work around Tulsa and Muskogee?

No. We serve the whole state from our Muskogee headquarters. The system is hosted, so a site in Lawton or the Panhandle gets the same system and the same support.

Can we keep our existing numbers?

Yes. We port the numbers you already have, and your phones keep working through the switch.

Can our staff answer the office line away from the building?

Yes. The 3CX app puts your extension on a laptop or mobile, with the business number showing when you call out.

Who answers when we call for support?

A real person answers. If they can fix it on the call, they do. If not, they open a ticket and tell you what happens next. You can also open a ticket by email or text.

Are you really based in Oklahoma?

Yes. SPARK Services is headquartered at 105 N York St in Muskogee, and has been since 2014.

§5Talk to us

Tell us where your offices are.

Tell us how many people you have, how many phones, where your offices are, and which numbers you need to keep. We work out the size from there. Anywhere in Oklahoma.
